ARE ALL STYLES THAT ARE AVAILABLE IN-STORE AT GALLERY 9, AVAILABLE TO BUY ONLINE?
We have chosen a select offering for our online store. Our greatest selection is available in-store. However, we do have some online exclusive collections that are not available in-store and visa versa. Just to keep things interesting!
IF I SEE SOMETHING ONLINE, CAN I COME IN-STORE TO TRY IT ON?
Yes, of course you can. However, as our online is operated separately to our store, we may need a few minutes to get your requested item. We cannot take responsibility for items, which may sell online in advance of request and therefore are no longer available.
WHAT IS THE GALLERY 9's RETURNS POLICY?
We want you to be delighted with everything you buy online. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return or exchange something. To find out how to do this find our returns section at the bottom and top of our home page.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A REFUND?
As long as you follow our returns procedure, you should be refunded within 15 days of you returning your item to us, however, this is generally a lot sooner. But if you have any queries feel free to contact customer service on 00353 (0) 45 901981
HOW DO I RESOLVE AN ISSUE WITH AN ORDER?
While it doesn't happen often, sometimes we can make a mistake. If there’s a problem with your order, or the goods themselves, let us know straight away.
Email us at ShopGallery9@gmail.com and include your order number and the issue with the order. Please include your contact details, as sometimes it’s just easier to resolve the issue over the phone.
CAN I PURCHASE A GALLERY 9 GIFT CARD ONLINE?
Unfortunately we don't sell Gift cards on line yet, but watch this space! But you can purchase them by calling us on +35345 901981 Our fabulous gift cards are uniquely packaged in our signature packaging and are a real treat! You can use them in store but unfortunately not on line yet!
CAN I USE A GALLERY 9 GIFT CARD OR CREDIT NOTES AS FORM OF PAYMENT ON THE WEBSITE?
At present, Gift cards are an exclusively store experience, this means we don't sell them on line and they cannot be redeemed online, but this is something we are working on, so watch this space. However, if you contact our customer care team on +35345 901981, they will try their best accommodate your order and payment via the in-store system so you can use your gift card or credit note for your purchase.
WHAT IS YOUR IN-STORE RETURNS POLICY?
Our in-store policy is different to our online returns policy. In-store, you can exchange or receive a credit note to the value of the goods purchased (provided they have been returned, unworn, unused and in original saleable condition) within a 14 day period from the date of purchase. We don’t offer refunds in-store and there is strictly no return on sale/reduced goods.
IS THERE A DEPOSIT OR HOLD SYSTEM AVAILABLE IN-STORE?
We are delighted to offer customers a ‘pay-in’ deposit system, which allows you to make regular payments on items you have placed on deposit for a period of one month.
